Programme of Events

Here is a sample programme for Yoga Camp - details for our 2024 event will be confirmed soon but this timetable is typical of Yoga Camp Retreat.

  • Monday 2nd September

    2pm - Arrivals welcome with massage treatments available from 2.30pm onwards.

    5pm to 6.30pm - Welcome Yoga Class from Yoga Camp founder, Rachel Lovegrove in the Sports Hall

    6.45pm - “The Board” - announcements and information in the Daffodil Room

    7pm - Dinner in the Daffodil Room

    8pm - Stargazing or evening stroll.

  • Tuesday 3rd

    7am Breakfast available until 8am

    9.30am to 12.00pm Morning Yoga with Rachel Lovegrove

    12.15pm - Massage Treatments available until 3.45pm

    12.30pm Lunch

    1.30 to 4.00pm - Free time for walking, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding (tide depending), relaxing, massage and more.

    4.30 to 6pm Sunset Yoga with Rachel Lovegrove

    6.30pm Dinner

    7.30pm Storytelling around the campfire

  • Wednesday 4th

    7am Breakfast available until 8am

    Free morning or optional group guided practice with Rachel

    12.30pm Lunch

    2.30pm to 5.30pm Special Guest Teacher Workshop: Uday Bhosale

    6.30pm Dinner

    7.30pm Live Music

  • Thursday 5th

    7am Breakfast available until 8am

    9am to 11am - Q&A class with Rachel and Hannah Lovegrove including therapy yoga

    12.00pm Lunch

    2.30pm to 5.30pm Special Guest Teacher Workshop: Lin Craddock

    6.30pm Dinner

    7.30pm Sound Bath Meditation

  • Friday 6th

    7.00am Sunrise Yoga with Rachel

    8.30am Breakfast followed by farewells.

    Departure by 10am
