This year we are at a fabulous new venue with even more grounds to explore and private access to the River Hamble. Accommodation here is modern, light and comfortable and if you want to camp, you can even have your tent set up for your prior to arrival by the Fairthorne team, complete with bed and bedding, so this year, you can travel lighter.
Faithorne Manor YMCA is a beautiful retreat space with over 95 acres of camping fields and adjoining woodland, right next to the river Hamble, with its own private jetty onto the river. The local village of Botley is minutes away and it’s within easy reach of Portsmouth, Southampton and Winchester. There are acres of space to camp, roam, walk, play and relax. There are footpaths into the woods and adjoining fields, you can swim, kayak or paddle board right from the grounds and there are plenty of other activities as well as beautiful areas to relax and enjoy your surroundings.
The Camp is well equipped with indoor and outdoor facilities, professional catering kitchen, modern accommodation and dining hall, plenty of toilets and showers with plenty of hot water to service everyone on site and includes accessible facilities.
The site is fully staffed and has an onsite cafe in case you need a caffeine or cake boost in-between classes.
